Since starting his artistic journey, his style remained rather eclectic, diversity being the only absolute common point of his compositions. The last 10 weeks of Plankton MiXArt represented for Flaviu Moldovan a period of excitement and new experiences. Through the episodes he had the chance to gather a group of local artists from both areas of production, visual art and music. This is a dream come true, the fact that he finally was able to put together music with drawing, talks with direct human contact and broadcasting these signals of creativity out into the world through the means of technology! This experience was not only a way of effective communication for Plankton as a gallery and art school, but a way of creating events into a period in which social restriction/distancing is the new name of the game. As host, Flaviu opened his arms, his mind and heart to receive all the artistic gifts from the significant number of artists that walked the doorstep of Plankton. Thank you and see you soon! Whichever role BLANILLA is performing - DJ, broadcaster, producer or label boss - the music is always the bottom line. Our musical friendship started some 30 years ago right into the center of the Earth, in Mănăștur neighborhood (Cluj).
Mihaela Coca is a teacher, illustrator and a very modern mother and wife! Along the years she realised how important is to claim her true feminity and explore it as a source of beauty and inspiration. She channelled a drawing for Plankton MiXArt about exactly those ideas.

Going forward with our audio-visual plan!
This Thursday we have the privilledge to have as guest a very talented visual artist: Alisa David. She is in the game for a few years now and she is doing a great job in the realm of drawing and lately also painting. Alisa is also a former graduate of Art Muse - Painting Course and Drawing Muse - Online Drawing course. Her drawing performance on Thurday will defenetly be a blast! looking forward to that!
The second artist is Flaviu Moldovan, who is a visual artist too, mainly specialised in drawing and painting, but this 3rd time we still have him as a DJ. His selection of tracks will focus on Limbik Frequencies Radio, a subject very dearly to him, and a place from which he gathered years of sonic inspiration for his drawings and paintings.

Plankton MiXArt 002 has the pleasure to present the two visual artists: Cristina Puscas and Flaviu Moldovan. This time, Cristina will perform infront of our cameras by making a drawing live session, in which we are pleased to discover insights into her creative process and technical secrets. Her drawing will be made in the medium of charcoal on paper.
Flaviu is also a visual artist, mainly specialised in drawing and painting, but this time we will receive from him a selection of tracks with which he will compile a dj set especially created as a soundtrack for Cristina's performance.
